By registering an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. By creating an account on api4d, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any feature of the Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and api4d.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.
To create an api4d account, you must complete the registration form with accurate personal information including your full name (as it appears on your Indonesian KTP or passport), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and chosen username and password. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify our customer support team and change your password.
api4d implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption to protect your account and personal data. However, you acknowledge that internet-based services carry inherent security risks and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and regulatory compliance, api4d requires all users to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals. You will be asked to provide a clear, legible photo of your Indonesian KTP (national identity card) or passport, and in some cases, additional documentation such as proof of address or bank account ownership.
KYC verification typically completes within 24-48 hours. Accounts that fail to complete KYC when requested will have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is completed. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity or source of funds.
api4d accepts deposits via Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and Indonesian e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2-5 minutes during normal operating hours. Delays may occur due to bank processing times, public holidays, or technical issues with payment providers. api4d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
You confirm that all funds deposited to your api4d account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. We reserve the right to investigate the source of deposited funds and may request documentation proving legitimate origin. Deposits from third-party accounts (accounts not registered in your name) are prohibited and will be refunded minus processing fees.
api4d does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.
To withdraw funds from your api4d account, you must have completed KYC verification and your account must be in good standing. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals can only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your name matching your KYC documents.
Standard withdrawal processing takes 4-12 hours during WIB business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 WIB). VIP members enjoy accelerated processing times. Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may take up to 48 hours as additional verification is conducted.
Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of Rp 50,000,000 and a monthly limit of Rp 500,000,000. VIP members enjoy higher limits based on their tier status. Exceptionally large withdrawal requests may require additional verification and processing time.
Funds derived from bonuses or promotional offers must meet specified wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Refer to individual bonus terms for specific requirements.
api4d offers various bonuses and promotions to Players. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed on the promotion page. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and abuse or exploitation of bonuses may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements) which must be completed before bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x wagering means you must wager Rp 1,000,000 if you receive a Rp 100,000 bonus). Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less.
Bonuses are limited to one per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Players found to be abusing bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent means will have all accounts closed and funds forfeited. api4d reserves the right to cancel any bonus, refuse bonus claims, or modify bonus terms at any time.
While wagering bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 25,000 per bet or spin). Exceeding maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings. Check individual bonus terms for specific limits.
All Players must engage in fair and honest gaming. The following activities are strictly prohibited: collusion with other players, use of automated betting software or bots, exploiting software bugs or errors, arbitrage betting, match-fixing or influencing outcomes, and any form of fraudulent activity. Violation of fair play rules will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.
api4d reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits for all games and markets. These limits may vary by game type, player status, and other factors. We may also limit or refuse bets at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected abuse or advantage play.
All bets are settled according to official results from recognized governing bodies. For sports betting, results are determined by the relevant sports authority (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). In cases of abandoned, postponed, or canceled events, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules.
In the event of obvious technical errors, incorrect odds, or palpable mistakes, api4d reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must contact customer support within 14 days of the bet settlement. Disputes not reported within this timeframe will not be considered.
api4d strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience caused by service interruptions, maintenance periods, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including internet outages, power failures, or force majeure events.
The Platform integrates third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and data feeds. api4d is not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by these third-party providers. Game outcomes are determined by third-party gaming software and are beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, api4d's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arose, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. api4d does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
api4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, created multiple accounts, or conducted yourself in a manner detrimental to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, any remaining funds in your account (excluding bonus funds and funds obtained through fraudulent means) will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to api4d.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining funds. api4d may require up to 7 business days to process account closure requests. Accounts closed due to responsible gaming concerns (self-exclusion) cannot be reopened for a minimum cooling-off period as specified in our Responsible Gaming Policy.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. api4d may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 on dormant accounts with remaining balances. Accounts with zero balance and no activity for 24 months may be permanently closed.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming standards and the laws applicable to online entertainment platforms serving the Indonesian market. You agree to comply with all applicable local laws regarding online gaming in your jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication with our customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to pursue good-faith negotiations before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
You agree that any dispute with api4d will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.
